We have two pieces of the most popular pieces of equipment, and dumbbell sizes range from 2.5kgs to 70kgs (increasing in increments of 2.5kgs).
As part of your membership, one of our experienced team members will show you how to use each piece of equipment safely and effectively, and you will be provided with an introductory basic training program to get you started.
If you want that little bit extra, such as a personalised training and nutrition program and regular motivation, book a session with one of our Industry Personal Trainers.
Stretching areas (including mats) are also provided.
Like the rest of the club, The Workshop is air-conditioned at all times to ensure you get the most out of your workout, regardless of the season. |
