At Industry, we pride ourselves on providing our members with only the best in health and fitness products and services - including experienced, committed, dedicated and qualified personal trainers.
Industry Personal Trainers (IPTs) are selected not simply because they have the right qualifications, but because they share a passion for helping others reach their health and fitness goals.
They understand the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle, and how setting and achieving fitness goals can have a positive impact on all aspects of life.

Our trainers do not take a 'one size fits all' approach. Instead, they take the time to talk to each client individually, discuss their goals, assess fitness, and work with the client to set achievable long and short term goals and strategies to achieve these goals.
Strategies will focus on the whole health and fitness picture - not just one part of the puzzle. Our programs will therefore cover exercise (resistance and cardiovascular training), nutrition, supplementation and rest, recovery and relaxation.
Clients are taken through each part of their individualised programs to ensure they understand each strategy and do not just go through the motions.
Regular evaluations are also an essential part of each IPT program. |
These occur at regular intervals and include evaluation of goals and targets. Each program is a 'living' strategy, which means that lit is not set in concrete, but open to change and development - just like the person for who it has been specially developed. People's goals, needs and circumstances and continually changing, and out programs reflect this.
Industry trainers are here to provide direction, focus, motivation and better understanding of how your body and mind can function optimally. We are not here to dictate to clients - our focus is working WITH clients to achieve the best possible, sustainable results.

60 min or 30 min express sessions available.
session cancellation
You will not be charged for a session if you provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or session time change.
