NEW TO INDUSTRY:
We have just received the first of some new equipment in the gym. Fitness balls, 3kg & 4kg medicine balls, predator resistance bands & a new Bosu balance trainer, all available for YOU to use in the Industry garage.
New treadmills are due to arrive this Friday with the old ones leaving the gym this week to be repaired...

DO YOU ALWAYS SKIP ABs? Industrys very own personal trainer, Wayne Wilson, will soon be holding AB classes here at the club.... Learn new & exciting exercises & get advice off the man with killer abs everybody wants. Keep your eye out for further information around the gym.
