THE TEAM AT INDUSTRY HEALTH CLUB BELIEVE

INFORMATION & HELP SHOULD BE FREE

THIS IS WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT THAN ALL THE OTHER CLUBS.

As you would be aware Industry Health Club is not about charging for service.  We believe your club should be a place where you can ask questions and get answers without a price tag.  We also believe in knowing you as an individual, the team (Mark, Leah, Emma & Brian) all work hard on getting to know you and your fellow members, as we believe if we are friends you will feel comfortable in letting us help you.  And we want to help you achieve your goals and communication is the best way to do this. 

How to not only get results, but enjoy your training –

There are so many factors, but a couple we think are vital are

1.       A great atmosphere where help is always available;

2.       Seeing & feeling results from your workout plan

3.       & feeling comfortable where you train (a friendly environment, where you belong)

 We do our best to make sure this happens for you.   Another important 3 factors are:-

1.       An effective personalised Strength Training/Cardio program designed for your goals

2.       Correct Nutrition advice

3.       Rest & recovery

How we assist you in these areas

1.       You receive a FREE complimentary program upon joining the club, and at anytime you can book in for your update for only $30 or soon we will have FREE Pre-designed training programs available from reception, giving you the freedom to do a different workout whenever you feel like a change.  Of course these programs will all be supported by the team, so again just ask if you are unsure of any exercise or need help.

So if you would like to book in for a new program or even just ask about some new exercises please don’t be afraid to ask.  Remember we want to help you anyway we can.

2.       Nutrition advice – in your membership pack you would have received a nutrition sheet which explains, carbohydrate, protein & fat sources.  This is the start to understanding good nutrition.  If you no longer have your copy please ask for one from reception.  Again we are here to help with any questions you may have on nutrition as it is a vital component to achieving long term body changes.

 

3.       Rest & Recovery – just as training is important so is getting enough rest to allow your body to recover from your workouts.  This can be in the form of active recovery (light cardio) or complete rest days.   This will be different for everyone depending on your training program and time you have been training for.   If you are unsure if you are over OR under training please ask.

  

OTHER NEWS

THE PUNCHING BAG IS BACK – this is a great way to add extra cardio to your workout.  It is a quick effective way to get your fitness up.  We have designed a few workout circuits incorporating the bag which will be sure to get your heart racing and those extra calories burnt.  Or if you prefer to have the one on one attention why not book in for a boxing session with Emma.  She may be little but when it comes to boxing she will make you sweat it out.
