Robin’s Training Regime
Robin trains 3 times per week focusing on his cardio vascular fitness as well as including various resistance training exercises to ensure muscle strength. To get the most out of every workout Robin trains one day on one day off over a 7 day period this ensures he gets adequate rest and recovery.
