NAME: Jennifer Gregan (Jen)

Today the skin on Jen’s face glows through inner health & her smile now lights up a room.

When Jen first joined Industry Health Club she suffered from Lupus, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure and struggled to get up the stairs due to hip replacements. But that Jen is now a distant memory. TODAY there is no stopping her. Jen regularly attends out circuit classes and trains like a demon. Physically Jen is now fit, agile, healthy and her self confidence is soaring. We are all so very proud of her !

Thank you for choosing to read my story. Firstly I would like to explain why I chose to join Industry Health Club - To begin with I researched and visited all the gyms in the area. I physically went into each one to talk to the staff about joining; but it wasn't until I stepped into Industry Health Club that I felt special and the staff were sincere about helping me. They listened to me; not tried to sell me! I also loved the equipment, cleaniness and the fresh feel I got from this club, not to mention the great rate I recieved. I guess what I am trying to convey is; many gyms may look impressive and have all the facilites you can name, but it is the people who help you once your a member that is so important. The staff at Industry Health Club really care about you as an individual.

Since joining the club I have increased my fitness, improved overall health, have greater mobility, have lost weight (and contine to do so) and have heaps of motivation to keep going.

My future goals are to reach my goal weight and make fitness a part of my daily routine.

I would really like to say a huge thank you to Wendy (staff member). Every day Wendy supports and encourages me. From the first program she designed for me (that was tailored to my special needs)to the programs that have followed which have changed to suit my progress. Also to Leah (owner/manager) for her help in getting me started on the road to fitness and happiness. Basically I would like to say thank you to the entire Industry Staff and to my fellow members who make each visit fun.

If you are looking for a place to train where they know your name, your goals and you really feel like part of the family then this is the club for you!
