What a great gym! Mark & Leah (the owners) have a lot of knowledge & wisdom, are very supportive and encourage you to be the best you can be. I had cancer and was very sick for 3 years. The disease left me feeling tired; beaten; battered & mentally exhausted, not to mention all the physical aspects. However, since getting back into training regularly I now find myself feeling and looking fit and healthy again. I thought I was too old and too far gone to bounce back, but I was wrong!

I am now preparing (with Mark & Leah's help) to get back on stage once again as a figure competitor; something I once thought never possible.

I would love to thank Mark & Leah and all the Industry Crew for their support and encouragement. I have found great strength in myself due to their help. You guys have done a lot for me mentally and physically. I am very thankful I found and become a member of such a great gym.
