Why do you love the health and fitness Industry?
I have been weight training for almost 25 years, so you can see I just love the gym. From the first day I picked up my first weight I was hooked. Along the way I have met the most amazing people who have helped me achieve my personal goals.
I love the Industry because I get to now pass on all this knowledge to others and help them achieve their goals. I enjoy helping others and feel rewarded every time a member reaches a new milestone.
How would your friends describe you?
Always there when they need a hand, (I can lift heavy stuff) loyal, and easygoing.
What do you enjoy (eating, doing etc)?
I love Chicken Parmagiana (the best one is from Fasta Pasta at Harbour Town)
Going to the movies
Spending time in my garage
And of course spending time with my beautiful wife Leah
Describe the perfect Sunday?
Doing nothing! Seriously, just being able to relax with Leah is great. We are busy a lot of the time, so on Sunday it's great to just get up, have breakfast and enjoy each others' company. But I do love to spend time on the water.
What do you do at Industry Health Club?
Help others achieve their training goals, talk a lot and have fun. Leah and I are the owners. We spend a lot of time interacting with our members and love it. As I said earlier helping others achieve their personal health goals is my job & I love it.
