At Industry we focus on teaching women how to love strength training and how do we do this? We design programs which are WOMEN & GOAL specific and show you how to develop a balanced figure targeting problem areas. Types of specific workouts - leg & bottom combo, stomach & arms, cardio based boot camp style workouts, boxing / lower body combos to strip body fat and tone up in one, and many more. All of these workouts can be done with or without a Personal Trainer; we have all the training methods and facilities in place all we need is YOU!
