Strength Training Tips

Constancy in training is vital to achieve your goals. You must set a training schedule and stick to it. Just like anything building a great physique takes commitment.

Maintaining a positive, and realistic attitude towards your goals.

Train with a purpose every session and you will notice changes faster than if you just go through the motions.

Nutrition is vital by eating regular meals consisting of carbs / protein / good fats, approximately 6 meals per day, will ensure you are feeding your body what it needs to grow.

Keeping well hydrated by drinking at least two litres of water every day - more during summer and during periods of intense activity. Muscles that have all the water they need contract more easily, making your workout more effective.
