Industry Health Club offer a wide range of facilities for people of all ages and fitness levels, and with varying needs. Reception Most other gyms don't mention reception, but we do, WHY? Because this is where we believe your gym workout begins. To be greeted with a friendly smile and a happy face these days unfortunately is becoming very rare, BUT NOT HERE. We will always greet you and get your workout off to a feel good start. The team will provide you with locker keys, towels, drinks and a chat if you feel like it and will always be out and about on the floor to assist when needed. More about our Reception

Weight Training

Weight training is a key element of Industry Health Club, so we offer only the best in variety and quality equipment. Housed in 2 large training rooms is a variety of Pin & plate loaded equipment plus the largest dumbbell selection on the Gold Coast, 1kg to 70 kg Dumbbells. We cater for everyone. As trainers ourselves we understand how annoying it is to lose the pump or momentum while working out so we have solved this problem by having 2 or more pieces of the most popular machines. This combined with a membership cap ensures there is NO waiting, just training! There are no fancy crazy gimmick machines here, just top quality equipment that will help you achieve results. The club is fully air-conditioned, spacious and there is always a team member on hand to spot or support you when needed.

Cardio

Treadmills, upright and recumbent bikes, x-trainers and rowers will all help you burn body fat and increase cardiovascular fitness. Unfortunately as we are all aware there is no miracle machine BUT if you would like to decrease your body fat levels we have the answers. The team at Industry have created effective, easy to follow FAT BURNING programs to ensure results. No more boring, monotonous sessions, just quick effective workouts and with no large crowds there is no waiting.

Solarium

No time to get a tan? Jump into the solarium next time you have a work out. Our 16 minute solarium bed is located in a private, air-conditioned room. We offer; casual sessions, 10 pass card or the ability to add 12 months unlimited solarium use to your Direct Debit membership by paying an additional tiny $5 per week.

We all know working out is just one part of the health puzzle, food & supplements are also vital components. So to ensure you get results we stock supplements that work at very competitive prices. Our team are available to assist you in choosing from a range of weight loss, muscle gain and recovery products. We also offer sample eating plans and the advice.

A fully qualified NUTRITIONIST is available. If you need a goal specific eating plan designed just for you we can offer you this too. You can sit down privately with our nutritionist and devise the best eating plan to reach your goals. All your questions answered. So simply come down to the club and get started.
