The cardio zone is located on the mezzanine level. It includes only the best and most popular and effective pieces of equipment, including sturdy treadmills, cross trainers, rowers and bikes.

Almost every piece of equipment includes a heart rate monitor and of course a bottle holder to ensure you keep hydrated during your work out.

To make your cardio sessions more enjoyable, view one of the six screens that are suspended from the ceiling. Programs will vary from music videos to sports to movies to news.

Or, if you prefer to see what is going on around you, the cardio zone is just above the weight training area.

The cardio zone is fully air conditioned, and includes stretching and ab training areas.
