Where did you grow up?
Sydney NSW - Moved to the Gold Coast as a teenager from Sydney. Have travelled overseas, but always come back to the Gold Coast. It is the best place to live for its lifestyle beaches, etc & especially the weather.

Why you love the health & fitness Industry?
Anything that promotes longevity I am interested in. I surround myself with other passionate & motivated health & fitness individuals, which helps me, improve & progress to my fitness goals – whilst having loads of fun on the way. I often refer to this quote “Life is the journey, not the destination'.
How would your friends describe you?
As a very passionate person, who is not afraid of taking challenges in life.
What do you like to do? To relax? Sport? Food? Movies?
Spending Quality time with my children, Training Hard and Playing the Guitar.
Describe the perfect Sunday?
Sleeping in, big breakfast then going to the beach with my children.
What do you do at Industry Health Club?
Personal Trainer / team member. I service our valued members – everything from designing programs & giving nutritional and supplement advice. Mainly being supportive and available at all times for member assistance & queries.
