Even before we opened our doors we had potential members requesting a boxing area.
So, here's evidence that Industry really IS all about YOU!
Our downstairs boxing area includes a number of bags and balls to help you not only keep fit and improve co-ordination, but get rid of some of that stress from a hard days' work!
Bring your own gloves, or borrow a set from reception (limited sets are available).
If you are keen to try some boxing moves, talk to one of our trainers who can teach you the correct technique. |
