If you want to try something different why not ask to borrow some boxing gloves from the friendly staff at reception (limited sets available). Burn Fat, tone up, and get fit all in one!

Conversely, book in a boxing session with one of our Personal Trainers.

Boxing area is located downstairs, bring your own gloves, or borrow a set from reception. This is a great way to rid yourself of stress and improve co-ordination.
